Our Team

Founded in March 2020, OfferMarket is a fully remote company with team members across the United States, Switzerland, Macedonia, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India.

Co-founders Daniel Sperling-Horowitz (CEO) and Martin Terskin (CTO) met at the University of Maryland (2008–2011), where they were selected to co-manage a student endowment fund. They later pursued single-family rental property investments independently. Repeatedly frustrated by glaring inefficiencies in purchasing and financing transactions, they launched OfferMarket to create the streamlined platform they envisioned.

Based in Baltimore, MD, and North Potomac, MD, respectively, Daniel and Martin lead the company’s mission.
